Scheduled for a public premiere at the New York Auto Show on March 27, the 2025 Kia K4 is poised to make a lasting impression as it replaces the Cerato small car, known as the Forte in North America and K3 in Korea and China.

Notably, it is also anticipated to supplant the European Ceed model, currently available in various forms including hatchback, 'Xceed' SUV, and 'Proceed' shooting brake. Embracing the K4 moniker outside of China, this next-generation vehicle represents a pivotal addition to Kia's lineup, bridging the gap between the recently unveiled K3 light sedan and the midsize K5, which made its debut in 2020 as the replacement for the Optima.

Moreover, the upcoming K4 marks a significant advancement for Kia, as it replaces the current third-generation Cerato which made its debut in 2018.
