Renault Group Sells 5% Nissan Stake, Reflects 1.5 Billion Euro Loss

Renault Group plans to sell around 5% of its Nissan holdings as part of its capital allocation plan following a 1.5 billion Euro loss. The sale to Nissan, set for December 13, 2023, is part of their New Alliance Agreement, maintaining cross-shareholdings but with a shift in Renault's shareholding structure.
