L380 Electric Van to Go Global

As per a report by CarScoops, the L380 presents an enticing prospect for transporting passengers with elegance and comfort. Built on Geely's Space Oriented Architecture, the L380 will be available in both six- and eight-seat setups. The images reveal the L380 featuring six seats, showcasing spacious captain's chairs in the second row.

CarScoops also shared that the front cabin design of the vehicle doesn't particularly stand out in terms of uniqueness. Following a trend common among many electric vehicles, the dashboard is centered around a large infotainment display. Positioned in front of the straightforward three-spoke steering wheel, there's a digital instrument cluster, maintaining a modern and functional layout.

Furthermore, the L380 boasts a sizable storage cubby beneath the infotainment display, providing convenient space for storing essentials. Adding to its functionality, a floating center console houses a straightforward rotary controller, enhancing accessibility and control within the cabin.

Another notable feature of LEVC L380 Electric Minivan is the enhanced experience it offers. These seats have footrests that can be adjusted and recline, so you can be comfortable the entire way. Among the cabin's noteworthy features are a panoramic glass panel that provides vast views and ambient lighting that is integrated into the headliner and adds to the welcoming and tranquil ambiance.

London Electric Vehicle Company has chosen to keep many crucial specifications of the L380 undisclosed for now. What is known is that the L380 will be available with options for 73 kWh and 120 kWh battery packs, and it is anticipated to be propelled by a single electric motor producing approximately 268 horsepower.

As per AutoExpress report the L380 makes use of the innovative Space Oriented Architecture developed by LEVC's parent company, Geely. LEVC asserts that this platform introduces advancements in range, efficiency, safety, charging time, durability, and connectivity. Additionally, the Chinese-owned British firm plans to introduce other new models based on the SOA, although specific details regarding the segments they will occupy have not yet been disclosed.
